Societies, Companies, and Government Departments globally, NEED Graduates with more than just Strong Qualifications. They NEED Graduates with Strong Character, who will not just be Leaders, but 'Young Leaders of Character'!!!
'Internships, Graduate' and 'Work-Readiness' programs provide young people with invaluable knowledge and information that will prepare them for the workplace and their careers. However, Companies often focus primarily on ACADEMIC & SKILLS DEVELOPMENT, while overlooking a crucial aspect— CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT.
Without a strong FOUNDATION of CHARACTER, even the most gifted, promising, skilled young professionals can become LIABILITIES rather than ASSETS. Companies and Governments today face increasing risks of corruption, unethical behaviour, poor work ethics, mismanagement, fraud and abuse of positions, power, and resources, all of which are Character Problems.
