The traditional Leadership Development approaches are great if your Company, Society, or Government only wants to build Leaders who are strong in skills, intelligence, knowledge, education, talents, and qualifications. However, people, societies, companies, and Governments do not need Leaders who are only strong in these areas; they NEED 'Leaders of Character'.
